ConfidentCare Protection Plan

One of the little-known options to the Auto Repair Finance Program from CFS is a protection plan called ConfidentCare, which is available in certain states.  ConfidentCare is an optional program that provides a customer loan forgiveness on the remaining balance of their CFS loan in the case of a total vehicle loss (a direct and accidental loss of or damage of your covered vehicle, which your primary carrier declares as a total loss).

How frustrated would you be as a consumer if you didn’t have ConfidentCare, totaled your vehicle, and still had to make good on an auto repair loan?  Exactly – that’s why CFS developed this protection program.  The consumer has to have ConfidentCare in place prior to the vehicle being totalled.  It’s ideal protection for all consumers with a CFS loan who reside in a state where it’s offered, but especially for those already on the edge of financial difficulties.  For just a few more dollars a month, a consumer can add ConfidentCare Protection Plan and be worry free.

What Does a CFS Loan Fund?

Here’s a quick cheat sheet on what types of vehicle repairs are covered by a CFS loan.  If the repair is necessary in order for proper vehicle operation or as a measure to prevent further damage to the vehicle, CFS will approve.  Approved customer applications expire after 30 days and the customer must re-apply to qualify for a loan.
